   I welcome you, dear readers! Peace to you, mercy and blessings of Allah! Glory to the Allah, our magazine will celebrate one year of its existance. Within a year we received from you letters with questions, kind wishes, responses and councils.For what we express huge gratitude to you, dearest readers! In this number we represent small conversation with the editor-in-chief of magazine "SalNur" of Adamova Gulnar Zhanbyrbaevna, and with full interview you can familiarize on our site.

   1. Gulnar Zhanbyrbaevna,  it's executed a year to your project , sincerely we congratulate you on this significant date.It is done a lot of work by you (it is visible) … What was this year for you? 
   – I believe that year, even two are not ten years for leading of any results or the deep analysis. If it is fair, to me and it nothing to sum up: still so it is a little made. It is only small interval of time when you stop once again to think: «so, I move in a correct direction that it is possible to change or think up something more interesting to the project».

   2. Your magazines which receive your readers is a result of your work. Truly , to estimate your job can only readers. As has shown the analysis, your magazine occupies firm positions among other spiritually-informative editions. Tell, from what your project began?
   – The project very interestingly began. We did not prepare specially as it happens usually - it is necessary to pick up a command, to remove office, to buy office equipment. This all was not. We began together with the brother, behind one computer, alternated - at first it will work, then I sit down at night. At that moment I thought, God willing, there will be everything, it is necessary to ask nothing from people, all should be natural. Also there will be kind people, there will be worrying Moslems. And it long has not kept itself waiting. Brother Moslems have come to us and presented laptop. Let the Allah will render to it the blessing in both worlds. We so were happy – at once it became easier to work.
  In all aspects I am helped by my brother Bergen. In my magazine it both the designer, and the maker-up, and the photographer. He has a higher art education. I am grateful, first of all, Supreme and my natives, for their help and support. One I would not extend a situation. We are six children in a family. Certainly, everyone brings the mite. I do not ask the help, but they see that I strain (laughs) and help. Mum comes, to care of my son, brings products from village. Father (to me it seems like all fathers do) worries very silently «in he self». Speaks: «Gulya, do not go far, hold the middle …».Younger sister helps with my work, translations and caring about my children. And so what for the big family is necessary. God All-knowing and Loving us, has created all around in absolute harmony and in the blessing to us. Only we sometimes break balance, we complicate life. After all Islam (Belief - its correct understanding) facilitates to us a life, it is just necessary to avoid substitution of will of God by human theories.

   3. What ideas, plans in the further work?
  – I have a lot of ideas. Well, do you know if there is any pair of ideas. Another matter - their realization. If speak about my project it – to continue magazine release in a bit different format, to change essentially concept. Seriously to be engaged, at last, in a site. I will not tell that work is thrown, but if is fair, I simply am not in time. And under other new projects, I while will hold back.
   4. Why the release concept has sharply changed ,what does it connected with?
   – From current year we release our magazine not month, but once a quarter. It is connected, first of I have decided to make a huge accent on quality and the maintenance of texts, articles. After all now it is a lot of, Alhamdulillah, sites where it is possible to scoop the information. And we have only the additional spiritually-informative block. Therefore to give such subjects every month - it is difficult, and demands the big efforts. I have come to a determination that it is better than more time to spend for the maintenance and to reliase magazine more sated on headings. Besides, now we left to the CIS countries, and we are going to make magazine more informative, to give interesting interviews with well known celebreties.
    5. What editions you have a close work wth?
    – Our magazine not religious, but spiritually - informative. It is a little history, culture, formation, economy - here the basic directions. We do not put a problem - to give manuals and to agitate someone for something. Therefore we cooperate with many similar cultural-informative magazines. We impart experience, we listen to councils. Our magazine has something in common with the Russian magazine "Muslim woman". We have one direction, one purposes.
    6. Quality of magazine the excellent. Who sponsors you?
    – One year ago, when I gave press conference and have declared that it is my personal project, and nobody sponsors me, there was a remark from a hall: «we know such magazines, which editions further one-two releases and have not stretched». I didn’t imagine that it is all is connected not only with financial difficulties, but also with other problems. And I had it, but, Glory to the Allah, now all has settled. During any moments I spoke to myself: «I can not more and more». But there and then interrupted: «is not present, it is impossible to stop, not nevertheless in hands of the separate person, why this or that person should decide destiny of the project, after all in hands of the Allah. If It has put me on this way It and will help me to consult with all difficulties. After all the Allah gives tests on forces of the person, He knew that I it will sustain all. Here so we with the Divine help have passed a critical point, and left on a stable straight line. Alhamdulilljah!
    7. In your magazine advertising of various branches (clothes, a food, health and another) how the financial side of work adjusted with them?
    – When people glance through the pages of our magazine, they think that we place paid advertising, but it not so. Initially, I did not put to myself such purpose - to involve advertisers. But then I began to receive councils and recommendations (even remarks) from the colleagues that advertising is necessary, especially now when the magazine already became known, Alhamdulilljah! Various branches developing in Kazakhstan: the halal-industry, clothes, building and many other. Now I try to find the good advertising manager and to be engaged more seriously in this block. After all we make expenses connected with magazine release: printing house, transport expenses, the maintenance of office, employees and another. It is necessary to pay for all. Only on sale of magazines we cannot realize our new ideas and projects.
     8. What is your criteria and requirements consideration at selection of the employees first of all?
    – The most difficult on a way of formation of any organization is a formation of collective. Certainly, much depends on the personnel if not to tell - all. I consider myself exacting to work. Therefore as I concern itself very scrupulously everything the same I demand from others. But sometimes, when me "reads off scale", I try to take myself in hands and I speak: «the Allah only knows, how many It has enclosed potential and ability in the person, and I am more from it I have no right to demand, ask».
    9. Whether you were disappointed in some people with whom it was necessary to work, oron the contrary, have got many friends, experience?
    – You know, it was always difficult to hammer together a command hardworking which very sensitively and accurately would understand you. Yes, it is difficult. I faced such problem, I will be fair. Those or other employees for various reasons did not approach, they any time worked, and we left in an amicable way. After all, all good and bad from the Allah. It is just necessary to be patient, wise. Alhamdulilljah! Today I have a command, many of which work with me from first days of a life of magazine. I am very grateful to them and I am proud.
    10. How you keep in contact with readers, besides dialogue is direct through magazine?
    – As I already mentioned, we have a site, conformable to magazine. Basically, we communicate with readers through a site. Certainly, the beginning good, is a separate forum, there is a page of news and a lot of other information, concerning magazine but while we go small short steps. At will of the Allah, might be will find out some partners with whom we can unite and already tomorrow introduce all our ideas.
    11. What it, in your opinion, the modern working Muslim women?
    – To begin with I think, it is necessary to divide images – the modern Muslim woman of Kazakhstan. Therefore as Muslim woman of Europe, the West differ from us.They have their own mentality, other education, other culture. We will stop on our young girls. Alhamdulilljah, (I repeat time and again it in all performances) that we live in the unique state. We can allow much to ourselves. We have a lot of shops with the Muslim goods: books, disks, cartridges, clothes etc. Open Halal restaurants, table, and cafe. For me it speaks about much. There has come other time. All develops dynamically, naturally. All inhabitants cannot become believers at once. All way of development of our state is too from God. All in this world is created by Supreme in harmony with the person. We live in the secular state, and believing young girls aspire to live literally how live in the Islamic country. It is necessary to live simply as the Moslem, without breaking the basic firm canons, all around to accept how there is on the given time interval, and tomorrow, maybe, Insha Allah, will come more understanding of Islam. The main thing – not to be radical in sights at some things. Simply ,we can live in this interval of time, probably, transitive. After all, everything around is in constant development. There are new modern technologies, inventions, opening etc. Delivery systems of letters, means of transportation, subjects for habitation and house use and many other things.
   The image of our girl of the Moslem should differ nothing from a way of life of other sisters on belief in other countries. To us allowing one, the Law Supreme is uniform for all. Only those conditions, traditions, customs, geography and a climate, the distinctive moments of education of our people - here basically in what the main differences consist.
    It is not necessary to assimilate and adopt at all both clothes, and customs of other people. After all the Prophet (с.а.с.), has forbidden us to assimilate to other people. Our originality should remain, I’m not a supporter of to try on the another's. Globalization goes the rates, and it is not necessary to accelerate it. It is necessary to be oneself, be the Kazakhstan girls-Moslems.
    There are different situations, when there is no in a prosperity family when there is nothing to feed children, there is not enough money for education. Whether the Muslim woman should keep the house? On Islam the woman has the right to work out of door, it is their choice. Now more and more Moslems work not because they are not provided with the husband. If Muslim women herself expresses desire to work or study it both works, and studies from a permission of the husband, Alhamdulilljah.
    Certainly, and in our society there are extreme measures of modern development. It and, absolutely undressed girls, and the young men drugged by permissiveness, and, as consequence, making immoral acts. After all in Day of Court everyone will answer only for itself. It is not necessary to focus on them the attention. It is necessary to go the chosen way. As to the Internet, magazines, and newspapers - it is necessary to filter, read that is authentic, and doubtful to leave. With the big respect to concern the parents, it is not necessary to go on the conflict when they do not understand you, do not accept your choice. It is sad that there are such cases.
   And at last, the image of the Moslem finishes its appearance. I consider that the Kazakhstan girls should sew something, distinguishing them from inhabitants (Moslems) of other countries, somehow to create the unique style. It, of course, at will of each girl and not to limit at all itself only to that is in Muslim shops. "Not go in cycles" in the Arabian clothes, and to try to find things comprehensible to Moslems which can be got in usual shops. And in collections from D&G, Cavalli, Missoni, Ralph Lauren, Moschino Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger too it is possible to find to followers of Islam the clothes completely corresponding to Sheriyat, perfectly approaching modern and active our sisters-Moslems.
   And so the image of the Moslem for me is that: здоро¬вая, the formed girl absolutely democratically concerning modern realities of our society, not fenced off from it.
   12. Your private life is interesting for many people,Marry or not? Do you have children?   
   – I not married, here the fifth year. In Muslim marriage I became happy mum of two children. We have left, having lived in marriage three years, I am grateful to God that It has reduced me with the good person to whom I am grateful for years lived together.
    My family are my children: the daughter of 7 years and the son 5 and a half years. Daughter Nurbibi goes to the first class, and son Salahuddin he stay at home, he is ill, therefore I do not give it to a kindergarten, and I am engaged with him at home.
    13. Your children have unusual names….
    – Already I meet such names is more often. First time to me often told: «About how its difficult, what for to think out such names etc.» But after all names you choose not simply on accord with a patronymic or simplicity of a pronunciation. It is important to remember that the person at whom responsibility for the child is placed, should take care and of giving a correct name. The envoy of the Lord (с.а.с.), has told: «Really, in Day of Revival you will be called by your names and names of your fathers.
    So name children beautiful names! ». Very responsible act from outside parents is the correct choice of a name for the newborn. In transfer Salahuddin means« Justice or honor of belief ».
    14. You such fragile and gentle how it is possible to keep energy for work, on a family, on children?
    – Its just at first sight, its seems to be. I always had an inexhaustible energy - the Allah granted. If not this energy and, of course, belief in the forces and in the business - the scenario would be following: I would be the thick housewife, with a heap of the illnesses, constantly not in time to finish the begun affairs, leaving them on then. And laziness would overcome me, and round me "sleepy" atmosphere would reign. It is necessary to realise all actions and acts always. And then, reading a Mohammedan prayer so sincerely you address to Supreme for the help when It gives that you ask, all doubts leave away.
    You have woken up - and try to spent day in more useful case. To have time to make that you plan Insha Allah. And when there are children also alarm for them, you should bring up them, it so is responsible. Sometimes I simply lie in the morning about children and I do not wish to wake up, I wish to "be buried" by a head in a pillow, having embraced children and not to rise for work … It is just necessary to live with sensation of presence of God, not to forget that It All-seeing,Allhearing. You cannot relax and live how you want, and it is necessary to go on living.
    15. What were you dreaming about in your childhood? What was your aspiring?
    – I did not aspire to one specific goal. I had a problem: in whatever activity I worked, it is necessary to do all well and correctly. Here actually and all. If it is fair, the person all conscious life is in search something. When there is no belief, you as a moth rush about, and when in heart there is a belief, you become stronger. You aspire to fill up the knowledge.
    16. What was biggest achievement in your life?
    – I do not consider that each person (Christian) by all means should reach something in this life. Simply it is necessary for all of us to follow and live under hand-written laws, to live by human principles. After all not each person on the Earth is allocated by talent or is born by the genius who opens new and useful inventions for mankind. It is necessary to be content with that gives to you Supreme on The Favour, we should be happy and use these blessings... I the woman, not ordinary abilities talents, I try to recognise that I is born to be the woman. And, hence, to benefit a society, to execute the plain duty - has married, has given birth to children, I bring up them by means of the Allah. At me remarkable children, a family, work which I love. In due time I have had time to work in many European and western companies, occupied and supervising posts. All it has turned back advantage for me, for my future. God Loving us, It has helped to understand much. Indeed, I am happy that everything seeming once difficult, today turns out - simple.
    17. Your wishes to readers.
    – To the deep of my heart touched me warm letters of readers. When you feel the modest participation in an important issue, bring there the small mite it is already healthy! Our magazine only wishes to help our expensive sisters (the new turned Moslems) an easy and accessible statement of a material to explain a religion role in a life of the woman. Our edition, in my opinion, is that bridge between last understanding and that light inspiration as which they feel, having come to Islam. I wish well to all our readers, understanding and patience.
